Flash Networks Appoints New CEO

Herzelia, Israel, 20 June – Flash Networks, the leader in mobile data optimisation solutions for mobile carriers worldwide, has today announced the appointment of Liam Galin, as President and CEO.

Galin joins Flash Networks from his previous position as CEO of RiT (NASDAQ: RITT) where his 7-year record at the company included leading it through the technology downturn as the leading provider of network physical infrastructure management solutions for enterprise and carrier environments. During his tenure, the strategies that Galin executed enabled the Company to build its future, develop visionary products, build strategic relationships, and win major customer accounts while building the company's future, positioning it for accelerated growth. Prior to his joining RiT, Galin served in the Israel Defense Forces for nine years, as the head of a research and development department in the fields of data and telecommunications. Galin holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
