Telkomsel Implements NettGain to Improve Mobile Internet QoE

Flash Networks announced today that it has been awarded with Network Equipment-Building System (NEBS) Level 3 certification for its NettGain™ solutions.

NEBS Level 3 certifies that Flash Networks’ equipment can perform well in the harshest environmental conditions and will not interfere with other electronic devices in an operator’s Central Office. The Telecommunications Carrier Group (TCG), consisting of the leading North American operators, created the NEBS checklist to ensure that the equipment procured was reliable and had minimum downtime in the event of an emergency.
In addition to NEBS certification, Flash Networks has also been certified to the International Standards Organization (ISO)’S ISO 9001:2000 standard. This certification demonstrates that Flash Networks’ solutions meet well-defined levels of quality and consistency and is an effective form of differentiation between suppliers.

The NEBS Level 3 tests were carried out by National Technical Systems (NTS), who provide product testing for compliance.
