Flash Networks Opens Asia Pacific Office & Signs Agreement with LogIT

Hong Kong – September 16, 2003 – Flash Networks, the world’s number one provider of Mobile Data Delivery Platforms for wireless carriers, and enterprise users announced the opening of its Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong.

Mr. Yoram Lotan will join the company as Vice President of Sales for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Lotan’s first focus will be in building the channel partner infrastructure in APAC and attracting mobile network operators and enterprise customers. Flash Networks announced today the signing of a Distributor Agreement with LogIT Corporation in Japan a subsidiary of Teijin Seiki. This advance signals a strengthening of activity and presence in the Japanese market, one of the largest markets in providing data over wireless service. Teijin Seiki, now the Nabtesco Group, founded LogIT Corporation in 1999 through capital investment. LogIT imports from Israel and sells IT technology products, introduces new technology and new products in it's own development of CTI systems, and video conferencing systems, and now LogIT is forging into the mobile networks market.
