February 15, 2006 – Flash Networks, the leader in mobile data Quality of Experience, today announced the appointment of Hilel Kremer as its new Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Kremer will assume his role effective immediately and will report to Flash Networks’ Chief Executive Officer, Liam Galin.
Kremer has an impressive leadership background as the CFO of a number of public companies. Prior to joining Flash Networks, Kremer served as CFO of Magic Software (NASDAQ: MGIC), and before that as CFO of NUR Macroprinters (Nasdaq-SCM: NURM). Prior to joining NUR Macroprinters, Kremer held various senior finance management positions in Scitex (NASDAQ:SCIX); his last position was of Vice President Finance and CFO at Scitex Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of Scitex. He has an MBA from INSEAD in France and a B.A. CUM Laude in Economics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
